CARNE ASADA MARINADE
1 - 2 lbs flank steak, sliced (I have the butcher slice it for carne asada)
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 limes, juiced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1. Combine all ingredients (except steak) in a bowl, whisk until well combined.
2. Place steak in bowl or resealable plastic bag, and coat with marinade. Place in refrigerator, and marinate for 1 - 8 hours.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat, cook until meat is cooked through. (I let the meat rest for a bit after, and then slice into tiny strips to put in tacos).
